In 1982, our grandparents, Jerry and Marylou Bisbey bought a small fishing resort on Lake Hattie. This resort became our family’s northern escape, where we fished, water skied and played every summer of our youth. Our grandparents, and parents eventually made Backus their permanent home embracing the warmth of the community and the beauty of the scenery. Northwood Doors is the legacy of our grandparents, our parents and Lake Hattie.
